Quick fire response from the Volunteer staff of the Westville Fire Department and the mutual aid Departments of National Park, Gloucester City, West Deptford and Bellmawr to help minimize and stop the spread of fire extending throughout the dwelling.
Companies arrived on location with a heavy smoke condition with the living room on fire, the occupant was accounted for. The fire was contained to the living room but there is smoke and heat damage throughout.
Although the house is damaged, it can be fixed. The important thing, no one was injured!
This response is due to the residents from the community that Volunteer for their local fire department, assisted by Full and Part time staff, working together to protect our communities.
